Things like the tits should be casting a hard shadow if the light were coming from above and behind her. The hard lines he DOES use are in completely the wrong places because it seems like he's forcing himself to highlight major anatomical areas he's learned about, like the transition from the ribcage to the abdomen without fully understanding the exact shape of it. His proportions are completely fucked but in a stylistic way, her neck is as thin as her ankle but her calf is almost as big as her fucking waist. Back to the black shading, he's using a black color over the flat layer set to either color burn or multiply, this makes for very static and "dirty" shading. Even in cartoons it's nice to see color changes for different parts of the body, even if it's subtle. It's the same reason you see all these deviantart idiots doing the red pimples in areas like the knees and elbows.
