[ The Subject of New Threads & The Generals ]

Please check the MLP:FiM Thread Locator and
Archive before going out and about and starting
a new thread. /co/ doesn't mind if we stay in
a general thread, but the biggest complaint I
see from them is that there are multiple threads.

A new general should not be made until the official
general is on the brink of autosaging into 404 hell,
or is at the image limit (150 pics). Once a new one
is established, it should be posted at the end of the
old general and everyone needs to herd themselves to
the next.

Obviously trolls & haters cannot be helped.

New System: When the old general thread dies, the
general thread image is to be deleted and placed
onto the new one. Old general will be archived.

Once upon a time there was a poni. It's name was Derpy Hooves. Derpy Hooves was sad because today her

She started at the Post Office, her place of work. Surely they had some letters or packages to be delivered?

What happens alot, which I think applies to this case, is you make drawings, partake, etc.. and if other people like it- they discuss it and post it. And repost it. And talk about it.. and when it becomes a bit consistent- people aim their irritation not only at the people who post them, but the artist. Then they get into long debates about what constitutes what and what to rage over and what not too.. and then people complain about THAT taking up time. And it directly, again, goes to the artist. As it is, your fluttershy seems overly negative to me. In the show, she makes excuses for angel behaving badly. I would say that she thinks positively to a fault and is almost intentionally blind to harsher, more negative emotions. (Angel throwing things at her, for example, and misbehaving in dragonshy. She makes an excuse for each thing he does.)

Instead of accusing them of overruning the gardens, she might instead tell them that it isn't dinner time, they'll spoil their appetite, etc etc.

She also flat out tells Big Mac that she'd like to break down, which reeks of PITY ME FEEL BAD FOR ME, even though fluttershy took almost the entire Dragonshy episode to tell her friends she was afraid of a dragon, etc.

You're not really doing much that draws me into the situation. why should I feel so bad that the bunnies are tearing around a garden? Why is fluttershy so distressed over it? Is it someone else's garden? How many bunnies? Why are they doing it? etc. A good idea is to ask yourself questions about your ideas and characters and stories. It will help you understand them better, and write them better. You dont have to include all of the answers for your readers, but it might give you better insight. For example: Why is Big Mac showing up? Answer: Maybe the bunnies are weaking havoc on some of the harvested apples, and fluttershy is worried about causing trouble for the apple clan.

Including the SQUEAK and *squeak* is so awkward to me. She makes noises, and does not actually say squeak. You could either make her eep (or something similar,) or perhaps word it like so:
“Uh. I um...” Fluttershy hid her face beneath her hooves with a miserable squeak.”

You do write cutely though, and good on you for trying to learn more and improve yourself. I absolutely don't mean to discourage you, because you should keep writing.

Yeah, it makes little sense to say "all you all" but they do say "all y'all". I have heard that it's because the english language lacks a small part that other languages have. Supposedly "y'all" was a hill-jack slang way to correct that.
It was years ago that a professor told this to me, and I can't recall the specifics. Could be that she was totally wrong about it, but I can't be sure.

Either you misunderstand or they're imbeciles. I've lived all over the south, was born and raised in Louisiana, and no one has ever used it as a singular. It can be directed at one person but it's then implicit you're including them in a larger group, like their family, a group of friends, or co-workers for example. As expected, Dash's sudden appearance caused a small panic in the nervous yellow pony, evoking a quiet whimper of nervousness. Dash had always been turned on by this quirk of Fluttershy's, and in the mood she was in, the latest one sealed the deal: She would eat Fluttershy out before the hour was done.

"Hey, Fluttershy!" Dash said in her typically hoarse voice. "What's goin' on?"

With Rainbow Dash's help, the bunnies were fed in no time. In fact, Fluttershy was hours ahead of schedule, and related the fact to Dash. "I have plenty of time to help you, now, Rainbow!" she said happily.

"Well... that's just... awesome," Dash said haltingly, her lust increasing with every passing moment. Restraining herself, she gestured with her head to a stand of trees. "Could you, uh, come with me, Fluttershy?"

A confused expression on her face, Fluttershy nodded and followed Dash, unable to see the hungry look on the rainbow unicorn's face. She had, however, noticed Dash's broken speech and an odd look, and as they walked, she asked, "Rainbow, are you all right? You don't look so good."

"Oh, I'm just fine, Fluttershy," Dash said quietly. "And I'm gonna feel even better soon enough."

Whirling around, Dash came face to face with a startled Fluttershy. With care not to cause injury, she tackled the yellow pony, causing the pair to roll around on the ground.

Fluttershy had made another one of her maddingly-hot little noises at that, and soon after they stopped, nervous laughter followed. "Okay, Rainbow," she said from underneath Dash, voice confused and a bit frightened. "I'm not sure what you're doing, but--"

"Oh, I know what I'm doing, Fluttershy," Dash said eagerly; just as planned, Fluttershy's head was somewhere underneath and behind her, and the yellow hindquarters were placed directly under her face. Dash licked her lips greedily, her brow covered with sweat from the physical effort of the tumble and Dash's own... warmth.

"Rainbow? What-- what are you doing?!?" Fluttershy's expression was terrified, and her quavering voice matched it perfectly.
