I decided to rewatch the ep just to see if this attempt to legitimise Trixie had any merit.

Seems like it doesn't. At first, okay, I could buy that she was just a performer. But she actually uses her name, instead of a stage name, she doesn't ask for money, and she keeps calling herself "the great and powerful Trixie" even when she isn't "performing." It's also exactly the way she's talking herself up. It's not how awesome the feats of magic and amazing spectacles are, it's how awesome SHE is. the thing about brainwashing/indoctrination is that you have to do two things. First the message/story has to subtly but firmly repeat the message of the conspiracy behind it (the Bilderburg Goup, along with Masons/Skull and Bones as opposed to "the Illuminati", the Trilateral Commission and also opposed to the Council on Foreign Relations--which is separate from the trilateral/Illuminati but still against the Templar agenda.)

Second, certain signs and symbols must be available in the show to let the world wide conspirators know that the show is friendly toward their group. Pyramids with eyes in them means its friendly toward Templar agenda, while other symbols are used for skull and bones, etc. The symbols themselves do nothing to indoctrinate the kids.

The most powerful elements of the show are metonymy focusing on symbolism/story appealing to Jungian archetypes and trans personal influences/instincts. Such as the use of the star-bear (Ursa minor) as a representation of fate/destiny/astrology and the constant use of the number seven (and nine) pretty much any given moment in MLP.

I may release them but I'm just checking on a few final touches.
