And now you know why I've been putting up Youtube versions of songs from My Life as a Pixel Vol.1 and some of the earlier singles— folks are interested, but seem to have the idea that Super Ponybeat is the only place to get it! I had some good listenership before Ponybeat largely from the Touhou fandom and a couple entries on Super Eurobeat, and if I can keep people reminded that there's a LOT of this stuff, not just Pony-related (hell, not even just mine!), I'll have done my job well.

It's fine for 'unf', but if you want anything substantial or useful for a prolonged reading, it's pretty shit. I mean, I can look at that Gilda story and go "oh shit that's hot', but then I'm left with my dick in my hand and nothing else to read.

The reason a lot of people default to it is probably because the transition between that and 'real' writing is too jarring, or requires that much more effort... but damnit. I want longer stories.

In "Luna Eclipsed" Applejack mistakes Twilight's Starswirl the Bearded costume for a "country western musician".
It is my theory that Starswirl the Bearded was, in addition to a great wizard, a famous and influential country musician.
Twilight doesn't know this, because she doesn't really listen to music. She only knows Starswirl from his magic books. Applejack doesn't know this, because she only knows of his alter-ego, "Big Billy Beardo".
They are the same pony, and he was very influential in both the fields of magic and country western music.

Well, it *is* wish-fulfilment of the highest order, really. The whole thing was about, on an autistic metaphorical level, coping with huge amounts of change. Luna's was obvious, she'd been displaced 1000 years and was struggling as fuck with it, but Anon went through much the same shit trying to adapt to a completely different life he'd never dealt with before. The ending, because of this, was really meant to have more of a "Look how far both of you have come" vibe, both from having anon no longer need the reminder of daylight, and Luna being in your previously overwhelmingly lonely room.

Or in other words, "You live happily ever after with your horse". If the ending gave you feels, that's awesome, because that's exactly what I was aiming for.

I can relate quite a lot to sleeping through the day. But the idea of abandoning a sunset or rise is a really horrible thought for me because they are something I try and see as often as I can. I intentionally stay awake through the night to be there for both very often.

Ugh, couldn't sleep (again). I might as well share my nightmare with you guys.

It was my first and last pony "dream".
human ponies, but still

I had dreamed that I was raped by AJ.

Basically, it was like I woke up in the nightmare and I was chained to the side of a wall, in a dimly lit room. It was the cellar on sweet apple acres.

For some strange reason, I was wearing panties, they were blue, then I saw Dash's cutie mark on them. and I was wearing some sort of blue windbreaker ala Dash color motiff. That was all I was wearing.

The clothes were uncomfortable and almost too small for me, and I tried to get out of the cuffs but no dice.

Well fuck me. I had some good times on /v/, mostly with DSouls, nostalgia and tropes threads, but I certainly never asked for that to happen.
For whatever reason a part of me blames /vg/.

Anywho, after looking at these blindbags for a bit, they seem quite simple in the way they work. I might even be able to sculpt one myself. Gotta try that once I get one chopped up.
Speaking of which - I have 2 AJs, both recolours. One will be used for a April Fools mini, the other will be chopped up.
