This one was fun. In order to do this still life, we had to take giant sheets of paper, color them with different tones of charchoal, and then rip/cut them out and make a collage of them in order to form the shapes.

Hard as hell but experimentation like this is incredibly helpful.

TO be honest my teachers said it's... not so good to draw from photography or screenshots and stuff like that. Still life is best way to go in terms of observation practice. What you have to understand is that drawing isn't just training hand. It's also observing and understating many many different relations. How to recreate shapes, texture, light shitload of stuff that happens to end up in being your style.

This show is about learning how to deal with your friends' insanity, whatever form it takes. Because we're all a little insane, and the only differences are how insane, and which type of insane.

I actually don't see a problem with using premade backgrounds as long as you credit the artists. Especially for MLP backgrounds.

Only problem could be finding a background that fits with the angel of the characters
