Uh he IS stepping out of his comfort zone drawing the bulky character, that's why it's not totally polished yet. Give it time.

The head is indeed too small but that's my problem with "hyper" anatomy all around and I think the Roid Rage character is a good example of a buff body but you need to exaggerate the chin too, you can't have this round young looking type face matching it.
