I'm not sure. Maybe there'd be some very conveniently timed contests that week, all seemingly geared to show her friends' talents - not combining them all into one mystery character for Dash to keep getting frustrated about.

Maybe Dash could still have her hero moments (you have to give her credit for saving Scootaloo in the last episode, which was pretty pat Dash The Hero) but the more she's shown that she's not good at everything, the more likely she'll get the hint and quit being such a braggart her own skills.
