Anyways, Gilda. She an "old friend" of Dash. They seemed sort of close. They had a falling out. Usually after some time, like, something happens. They run into each other, or something.

Also in my canon Gilda is gay and Dash is straight. This allows for a lot of drama. When Gilda Dash runs into Gilda again, Gilda will proudly show off her "new best friend". But when given the chance will beg to have Dash back.

Actually, you want to know how my self-control is this good, here's the deal.

When I was fifteen, I decided that it was getting out of hand, so I bought a roll of duct tape and I put moderately sized strips on my arms and other sensitive parts of my body. Story time!

Ep 1: The Return of Trixie

Or another option. She trains, and trains and challenges Twilight. She is horribly crushed. Trixie cries, and has no idea what do make of this. So she takes a second option. She takes a quick cheat to power. She hears of such a being who will give out such power. Trixie journeys to their lair and receives it. It is a small trinket that activates when the emotions are strong enough. It is implied that Luna went through the same path.

Ep 2: The Return of Trixie 2

Trixie goes to Ponyville and confronts Trixie again. At first it goes the same way. Then Trixie's new power is used, and it amplifies her. The magic battle of all magic battles then commences. Twilight loses and they escape.

They have to bust out the Elements of Harmony. Cue Celestia and Luna getting involved. Luna sees Trixie and she has brief flashbacks. Why does it remind her of NMM?

They use the Elements to power up Twilight, who then battles and wins. They use the Elements again to "purify" Trixie. Trixie is dying, and crying. Begging for one last ounce of power from her trinket. She crawls towards Twi, cursing her. She collapses and dies.

Everyone wonders what the hell happened, and what this thing Trixie had is.
Luna: I... know what that is.

All of those dragons have wings, so perhaps someway through the episode Spike will get told by the winged dragons that he isn't actually a dragon, then he will meet a wingless dragon who is a total teenage badass who then tells spike "Wings aren't everything, little dude." after scaring away the bully winged dragons. The dude-dragon will then tell Spike not to worry he's small, because the dude-dragon as the same when he was young.

Spike will then return with Twilight and realise he's going to grow up just fine.
