And the idea that I'm stating "all thought is good and pure" is fallacious and shows how you misunderstand - my point was that thought is not criminal, not necessarily that it is good or evil. Some thought is, some thought isn't, but it is not the jurisdiction of the law.No group of humans will be perfect, and a pseudo-sociological reasoning for the failures of a community doesn't somehow invalidate the community or its efforts as a whole.
