After getting the hang of walking like this I was able to greatly reduce the frequency of falling flat on my face.

"Where am I anyway? I was hit by that truck. Wasn't I?" I said to myself as I looked around. The best way to describe the area I was in was 'colorful'. There was bright colors everywhere I looked.

"Wait a minute. If I was hit by that truck then I must be in a coma at the hospital!" I said as I fell over again. "Oof! Well the last time I checked, you can only be hurt in the world of reality. So that means that if that fall hurt then this IS reality!" I exclaimed in realization.

"Which means that if this world is real. Then I really am a pony!" I exclaimed again as I came to the exit of the clearing.

I came out to a town or village of sorts. The buildings looked... plain, for lack of a better word. There were no roads which meant no cars, which probably meant little pollution. Like everywhere else so far the town was colorful, with ponies as the inhabitants of the town. However, there weren't only ponies there were also unicorn and pegasus ponies too. They were walking around like ordinary people in an ordinary town.

"OK, ponies everywhere." I said as I realized I didn't even know where I am. I saw an orange coated pony selling apples at a nearby stand, I went over to her.

"Uh, excuse me. Could you tell me where I am?" I asked."

"That means that some ponies don't get cutie marks!" The yellow normal pony said with worry in her voice.

The three fillies then quickly scooted off.

"Weird kids." I said to myself as I continued on my way.

As I did I couldn't help but think about that lavender mare, the one who is apparently responsible for bringing me here. She was kind of cute. I think to myself. Pretty too. Maybe even... My thoughts were cut off as I bumped into a yellow pegasus mare.

"Oh, I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to bump into you." Said the mare.

She seemed so soft and gentle, shy even.

"It's OK, I wasn't looking where I was going. My name's Mystic Flurry." I introduced myself.

"Oh, well hello Mystic. Does your name mean your good with mag- oh, oh my." She suddenly stopped.

"What is it?" I asked in worry.

"You don't have a cutie mark."

Again with this 'cutie mark', what is it?

"Uh, forgive me for asking but... what's a cutie mark?" As I said this she stared at me as did some other ponies passing by.

"Oh my goodness! Do you have a fever? Come with me." She grabbed my hoof and pulled me away.

I think I just learned the proper methods to paint(for me personally at least). It will be tedious, but oh my god my stuff is going to be so freaking great.

"H-hey!" I exclaimed as I was pulled.

She pulled me to a cottage surrounded by what looked like its own private petting zoo. I also noticed that it was near the clearing where I arrived.

"OK, now you sit here." She sat me down on a sofa. "And I'll get the medical kit." She flew off and returned a second later with a first aid kit.

"Hey wha-" She stuck a thermometer in my mouth to check my temperature, after a few seconds she took it out to check.

"Normal, then do you have amnesia?" She asked.

"Uh yeah! That's it! I can only remember my name." I said putting on a sad face.

"Oh you poor dear. Don't worry, I'll take you to Twilight and she can help you regain your memory."

Twilight? She was the one responsible for bringing me here. Right?

"Okay, by the way you haven't told me your name." I pointed out.

"Oh dear, my name's Fluttershy." She said.

"Well nice to meet you Fluttershy." I said as I got up and we proceeded towards Twilight's house, we arrived at the tree building. I didn't quite get a good look inside last time so this time I will.

Fluttershy knocked on the door and the little dragon answered.

"Twilight, it's Fluttershy!" The dragon called to Twilight.

She came to the door. "Hello Fluttershy and..." She looked at me.

"Mystic Flurry." I said.

"Hello, Mystic Flurry."
And there ends Chapter 1, what will Mystic Flurry learn from Twilight? That will have to wait until the next chapter.

Aw man I hope I didn't get in here too late to respond to this.

Inky is my absolute favorite character that isn't from the show. I'm a huge fan of her and what you were doing. I was excited to see how she lives in Equestria and what her life is like. I was excited to see more of her interactions with other characters, and funny hijinks with Cabbage.

I guess I just wanted to give you positive reinforcement on what you WERE doing, so maybe you wouldn't be so afraid to keep doing it. Even if you end up deciding not to, I understand. Life happens. People change.

Keep in mind that you can't buy JUST the headphones. You'll need a DAC, a pre- and regular amp, and soundproofing for your room as well as electrical shielding from your other electronics or else it just sounds like crap.
