Aside from some small informalities this reads consistently well. I'd note that despite the premise of 'anon in equestria' using second person narration is almost always a way to cripple your own writing, especially if you're attempting to give any kind of characterization. It has the benefit of the author being a blank slate, but for the information you're giving us here, especially things in regards to attitude, actions, thoughts, etc, it'd be better written in second person.

Twilight referring to the protagonist as 'anon' is kind of weird. I'd also remove things like the exclamation marks in narration, the onomatopoeia serving place of actual description, and one or two points of awkward verb usage. Other than it was pretty good. You're a better writer than you give yourself credit for.

But in an instance where the protagonist is either a proxy for the reader (which is the writer, when they're composing it in their head) or a first person perspective (and specifically in this instance, an anon behaving exactly as I'm sure you would in Equestria), the term 'self-insert' is fairly apt.
