It's not that important in itself, and I don't mind really, the school bell party bit, but it's still wise to do the best you can with every aspect of production, and to be as thorough as you can, if you want to make good television for children.
Or if you don't have the time to do it to the best of your abilities because of the deadlines, it's still vital to that end of decent kids' TV to put as much effort as you can into each aspect before the deadline.
THAT is VERY important.
Because TV is the first thing little kisd pay attention to, so the writers have, you might say, a duty to make sure the shit they watch is good shit as it's going to influence them in some way, even if their ultimate influences will be from how responsible their parents are in raising them.
Some kids might not be influenced negatively by the annoying orange, for example, but others might. And some of those kids, sure, might have that influence countered by reponsible parents who teach them responsible things, but not all parents are responsible.
