Only thing with the higher end models would be the added pressure sensitivity. And on the REALLY high end ones, it's just a screen you can draw on.

Wow, it's even cheaper than when I got mine! Although, amazon doesn't have any left from just themselves.
I think they just released a new model for it though, of the Pen and Touch.
I'd *highly* recommend it.
And before you ask, I use Paint Tool SAI, in my opinion it is the BEST paint software out there. I love it.
