04/14/12(Sat)07:33 No.1265155You return to the library one night after a long day of shenanigans and learning lessons about friendship, to find that Twilight has passed out reading again, her face buried between the pages of some arcane text written in what appears to be webdings. She shivers, the back of her neck bristling a little in the cool autumn air. After a moment's thought, you drape the blanket that you had been using for your makeshift bed (i.e. the couch) over her. Twilight sighs in contentment, falling into more peaceful slumber. Satisfied in your work, you pass out on the couch.
You are awakened late into the night, to the sound of creaking floorboards. Peeking out with one eye, you catch a glimpse of purple hair fluttering through the darkness...approaching you. You quickly shut your eye and pretend to be asleep. A dull purple light shines beyond your eyelids and...you feel something soft and warm covering your body. It's the blanket. You can't help but smile a little to yourself, as you snuggle up under the covers. You hear a faint giggle; she probably thinks you look quite adorable right now. Something very soft touches against your forehead. A faint breath brushes against your skin. It seems to be her muzzle.
Just as your mind fully registers the sensation, the nuzzle is gone. Twilight lifts her head and slowly, almost hesitantly, leaves the room. |
