Happy Valentine's Day, 4chan! In celebration of Forever Alone Day,
I'm taking board requests and general site suggestions at moot@4chan.org and on AIM at MOOTCHAT.

A few small changes: You can now view the site while banned—bans only prohibit you from posting. This is a trial and we'll see how it goes, it might be reverted.
Also there is now a [Top] and [Bottom] link in threads to help you navigate the page more easily.

UPDATE: I just got done going through the ~2,000 e-mails I've received over the past 24 hours. The result is 15 new board ideas and over 20 immediate to-dos.

Keep an eye open for upcoming announcements, and thanks to everyone who wrote me.

4chan Chrome and Firefox extensions updated. Firefox extension is now compatible with Firefox 10+ and the Chrome update contains bug fixes.

Considering how close the two act, I'd say they were probably friends before Twilight arrived. Maybe not as close as they were after she arrived, but still fairly good friends.

You do kind of bring up a good point, though. They haven't really explored the mane six's relationships prior to the arrival of Twilight. Dash stuck up for Fluttershy when they were kids, but it also seemed like she dropped off the map after that once she discovered the wonder of the ground. Dash also mentioned that Pinkie was annoying, but aside from that, I don't think I can think of any other instances where they discuss their relationships with each other prior to Twilight's arrival.
