That's it. I'm sick of all this "Masterwork Unicorn" bullshit that's going on in the d20 system right now. Earth ponies deserve much better than that. Much, much better than that.
I should know what I'm talking about. I myself commissioned a genuine Earth pony in Equestria for 2,400,000 Apples (that's about 100 gallons of rainbow juice) and have been practicing with it for almost 2 years now. I can even buck slabs of solid steel with my Earth pony.
Equestrian parents spend years working on a single Earth pony and fold each other up to a million times to produce the finest ponies known to ponykind.
Earth ponies are thrice as sharp as unicorn ponies and thrice as hard for that matter too. Anything a unicorn can zap through, an Earth pony can buck through better. I'm pretty sure an Earth pony could easily bisect a pegasus wearing rainbow plate with a simple vertical kick.
Ever wonder why Griffonland never bothered conquering Equestria? That's right, they were too scared to fight the disciplined Earth ponies and their hooves of destruction. Even in World War II, Griffon soldiers targeted the ponies without magic or wings first because their killing power was feared and respected.
So what am I saying? Earth ponies are simply the best pony that the world has ever seen, and thus, require better stats in the d20 system. Here is the stat block I propose for Earth ponies:
(Exotic Small Animal) Str 19, Dex 17, Con 23, Int 15, Wis 22, Cha 18 Counts as Masterwork
(Exotic Small Mount) Str 19, Dex 17, Con 23, Int 15, Wis 22, Cha 18 Counts as Masterwork
Now that seems a lot more representative of the cutting power of Earth ponies in real life, don't you think?
