>The day before she is meant to be discharged from the hospital, there is one final adventure
>In it, Rainbow Dash is all alone, still in the hospital, which is now starting to fall apart
>She investigates all the rooms, calling out for a friend, a nurse, a doctor, anyone
>The entire place is deserted
>She is all alone, and, overcome with grief, a dense black fog envelopes her
>Mustering up all her strength, Dash lifts her weary head to see that there is a light at the end of the corridor
>It’s the exit
>Suddenly, Dash finds her wings are in perfect condition, and that they give off a blast of glowing energy, pushing back the black cloud of smog
>Her wings begin glowing luminously, guiding her through the dark fog, which has now recovered from the initial detonation and is giving close pursuit, now forming a shape like that of an out-stretched claw, as Rainbow Dash races towards the growing light
>The heaving fog looks too close to be escaped when a unexpected bright flash overcomes Dash as she bursts through the doors
>Fade to white
>We hear Dash and her friends, laughing and talking, shortly before we see them walking together out of the hospital
>Rainbow Dash gives Twilight quiet thanks for being a great friend
>In the far background, in one of the tiny hospital windows, still visible is Rainbow Dash lying, comatose, in her hospital bed |
