Thoughts needed
>MMORPG >Gameplay combination of PSO and FF Christal Cronicles >Players start in lobbies (towns) where they can shop, heal, socialize and form parties >Every adventure outside the lobbies is instanced >Primary story element; THE SMOOZE IS BACK AND FUCKING EVERYTHING UP >Primary enemies; smooze-turned creatures and organisms generated from the smooze itself >Stepping in the smooze deals toxin damage >Unicorns get a line of magic centered on AOE smooze repellant, but not easily accessible at low levels >first smooze-repelling spell is a persona sheild primarily employed in situations where the unicorn player must run outside the crystal's feild for a short term, like rezzing >low-level unicorns focus mainly on either healing or ranged attacks, can carry crystal via telekinesis but not without developing the necessary skills to do so as not everyone is Twilight Sparkle and that thing is fucking heavy >pegasii focus on fast attacks via diving, crossing impassable barriers (flight), have trouble carrying the crystal with any kind of speed >earthies tank like hell and carry the crystal most efficiently >Non-unicorns carry a large crystal (chalice, anyone?) that repells the smooze >Built-in VIOP >every key can be mapped or remapped >Free to play, but paid members can advance faster through a small XP multiplyer, nonpaying partymembers see a very small XP buff when partied with a paid member. No paid gear/skills are any better than normally available ones, that is if it even gets added at all >clans can retake randomly-generated towns that have been overtaken by the smooze in large instanced raids as an initial endgame
So would you play it? |
