In that moment both of them were enveloped in a blinding light, like the weed had transformed into a newborn star right before them.

Pretty much every single sentence in that shit screams "the author is either a child or is functionally illiterate." This kind of thing is why people hate fanfiction in the first place. It's why good authors have an uphill battle to get readers.

I want to see an episode with only Scootaloo and Big Macintosh. Like, Sweetie Belle's practicing magic or something, while Big Mac's babysitting, and then he and Scootaloo get pony-warped a good 500 or so miles away, and half to walk back home. The short speedy impatient jabberjaw, the slow giant who never has much to say, forced to work together to get home.

Fighting off giant bat monsters, forced to hide in caves in rain storms, sitting by fireplaces trying to find some level of connection, and eventually becoming unlikely friends through it. Scootaloo talks about why she connects with Rainbow Dash more than her own folks, maybe feeling like the odd one out in her group of friends, maybe some of her own ambitions. Big Mac explains the (bittersweet?) purpose of 'the yoke' and why he rarely says much, who he interacts with, etc.

Small character piece, you know? No real moral 'lesson', just the connection of watching a friendship actually building instead of being tested by bears or ego-trips. The show is called Friendship is Magic, why not instead of teaching about things involving friends, show one start?
