hopped in in December/ just after WWU was leaked...i just want to go back to arguing about atupid shit likr twilight being black...

I remember...i remember when we supposedly had a mutual pact with the team that if the show ever gets bad then they would cancel it...I remember that we promised ourselves to not give it attention when it gets so bad, and thus we did, we stopped talking about the show...because it lost every single bit uniqueness in it, no more great characterization, no more mane6 interaction, no more promising plots and even when promising it isn't executed well in the least. It turned into a regular show which you can find at any given time. The What A Cartoon theme combined so well with the ponies because the show gave off that 90s vibe and was genuinely weird and nothing we've ever seen before...a cute show which was also clever, you ain't gonna see that in Pokemon...Lauren Faust left, everything was suppose to end on a good note with FIM closing with just 1 season, and the fandom still maintaining a decent quality, before all the people picked it up only because its cute instead of picking it up for it's intelligence.

Here we are...the community evolved into a fandom and exploded into a bunch of sub-groups.
Honestly i don't know who you have on your black list atm, but i have a reserved place for Hasbro, Jayson, and everyone which didn't quit together with Faust.

I don't watch the show, but I remember when the first episodes came out and there were one or two threads about them. The show didn't grab me, but I was actually quietly impressed that you guys seemed to have polite, mature threads about colourful ponies designed to sell toys to five year old girls. Then you kept making threads. And more. And more. And more. Until a mod saw fit to completely banish all discussion about the show, and although it didn't last long, you generally kept your stuff to one thread, which I guess is fair, but I'm still mildly sick of all the threads and pony crap that leaks out into the rest of the internet. Still, you aren't THE WORST fanbase ever, you're basically just a subgroup of furries, with the mix of normal people and utter freaks you get in that sort of fandom.
I don't really look into these threads often but when I do I'm usually pretty grossed out. It was better when you were all theorizing about how the Queen Unicorn was a secret tyrant or something rather than talking about which horse should fuck which other horse.
Still, I think a venture into one of these threads got me this fine gif, which I'm grateful for
