01/04/12(Wed)00:40 No.32917187>>32916528 In an attempt to see how far the domestication of fluffy ponies had gone, researchers from the Faust Center for Equine Studies rounded up a number of fluffy ponies and put them in a simulated wild environment.
It became immediately obvious how deteriorated the mental capacities of these ponies were. Ponies would frequently forget to eat or drink water. Determined to keep the environment realistic, the researchers allowed these ponies to die. Two ponies forgot to urinate, and died of ruptured bladders. Ponies were seen trying to playfully scamper through the undergrowth, but quickly became ensnared as branches and brambles latched on to their fluff. There were several instances of fluffy ponies attempting to mate, but were too hindered by the massive amount of fluff between the pony genitalia.
Different behavioral effects were seen with the different types of ponies: Unicorn ponies, left to fend for themselves, attempted to resort to more complex spells to aid their survival. These were greatly hindered by the ponies reduced mental capacity, resulting in more heat produced than working magic. This caused four unicorn test subjects to catch fire and quickly burn to death.
When pegasus ponies were introduced to a fake predatory situation, they attempted to fly away, but were unable to do so. They resorted to trying a sort of Lemming run, heading for the highest object and jumping off. Some were able to glide to the ground. Others fell to their deaths.
Earth ponies have a habit for eating anything around them, resulting in seven documented cases of poisoning. Five were fatal. |
