I gotta get in the habit of writing more, I mean I keep having these mindtrips like this that would work great for original IPs, but...dat laziness.
So, since nobody's gonna care for MLP fanfiction, a treat for you guys - a crossover fic in the style of Terminator.
Nineball (from Armored Core) suddenly drops from the sky, falling at terminal velocity. At the last second, it transforms into its airplane mode, while passing by Dash's POV. Nineball lands into the gem desert, and threatens the locals to resupply him with ammo. This improvised ammo seems funny...but is irrelevant to Nineball at the moment, as it asks for the culture and location of this new world, as the sides are domed off, cutting Equestria off from anywhere else. It heads for Celestia's palace to usurp her as ruler. Nineball learns however, that Twilight Sparkle is the bigger threat, and gradually goes after her. Twilight Sparkle learns why from Celestia - she will eventually bless a newborn on the eve of great destruction, destined to destroy Nineball. A couple fight scenes later, and memes from both sides of the field all over, and Nineball topples over, buried underneath dirt. As the mane five talk over him, for a moment, he has a strange sensation...
Nineball (in reality) has his life ebb away, after the raven whom it trained reduced Nineball to scrap. Confused whether what is real, the "real" vision or the world of Equestria, it has an existential crisis. The vision slowly fades away, and after a couple flickers, only the ponies remain.
Eh, I read too much into stuff, but I think this would be a good practice. |
