yes, they do, but this is flash builds. Templates being reused to save time and effort. But even those template are different in some details.
When it comes to hand-drawn pictures - it's a different story every time. You will never encounter two similar portraits of the character form the artist even if he will try to duplicate his own previous drawing 1:1. This is the way how artist express himself. So when anon said about "samefaces" he didn't just apply it to ponies, but to humanized ponies (humans) as well. They are cheap. JJ didn't develop any inner character and personality for the characters, he just follow some general concept, the template (just as in the show).
You don't notice it at first, but when with more art it becomes more and more noticeable. And then comes the boredom. |
