Haha, I picked Scootaloo instead of the ponies you thought I'd pick. I'm not terribly pleased with it, but it's late and I'm tired and I worked too long to just delete it. Anyway, here goes.
- I know what we can do to get our cutie marks! Scootaloo exclaimed. Sweetie Belle looked worried, her eyebrows went up in the middle and gave her an almost sad look on her face. Apple Bloom, on the other hand, looked very excited. Her eyes widened and her mouth extended. - Come on, just tell us already, Apple Bloom said anxiously. She was practically jumping on the spot now. Scootaloo looked really happy with herself, like she had come up with her greatest plan yet, so obviously Apple Bloom couldn't wait to hear it. - We haven't tried being tree climbers yet! Scootaloo almost screamed. She could barely contain her excitement, she thought it was a really great idea. Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom just looked at her confused. - Tree Climbers? Sweetie Belle asked. - Yes, imagine how cool it'd be if we were the best tree climbers in Equestria! - I think the pegasus are the best tree climbers in Equestria, Apple Bloom replied, chuckling lightly. - We can be the first non-flying ponies to climb a tree successfully, Scootaloo rebutted with passion in her voice. - I guess that would work, but can someone else go first? I'm scared of heights, Sweetie Belle said. - You should go first Scootaloo, if you fall you can always fly to safety. Scootaloo nodded but inside she could feel her deepest anxieties coming to light. She couldn't fly, and most pegasi could fly when they were her age. She had told her friends that she could fly okay, she knew she couldn't. If she were to fall she would be in real trouble. Luckily, she wouldn't fall. That's what she was telling herself, at least. - You're right. I guess we should go find a really high tree to climb! - CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS TREE CLIMBERS, YAY! All three screamed in unison. |
