I usually only put on the tripcode for the start of a quest, or to create a thread though. People prefer trip threads to anon threads, and since I've made a large number of threads in the past, people seem pretty okay with me making them.

I don't use a name with my tripcode, because I feel like using a name causes people to get an attachment to your identity. Tripcodes are a string of characters that hold very little identity. Well, well, well. Someone who had the issue I had when I was in college. Want to know what I did?

I drop out. I got a standard job to pay for what I needed and then some. I continued to do what I loved, drawing, despite having dropped out of a college for such a thing. My advice? Stop thinking about this. Get a job no matter what it may be to live decently and continue to do what you love on the side. Things can always be better. If you think they wont, they never will.

Keep trying. Don't ever give up. You can improve your art with time. Even talent needs training to discover. Perhaps focus on just one part of the pony until you have it down, then focus on another, and another, until you start putting the parts together? For example, just practicing an eye. or an ear. Then practice heads, and so on.

You may not have been using your creative side very much, so you might be unfamiliar with it. It takes time to get to know that part of yourself.
Perhaps you have been using it. I don't know. In that case, you will never grow unless you try things that you are not comfortable with. Go beyond what you are comfortable with, and it will expand what you are comfortable doing.

Drawing is a skill that must be learned, just like any other skill.

If you ever tell yourself 'I will never be able to do this', then you've already decided to not even try.

I was about 1 year from graduating before I dropped out. Before that? I switched majors twice, switched schools, switched back then dropped out.

I talked to my parents over this. They were comforting through the whole thing. Perhaps a semester off will be a good thing. Take some time off before the last stretch to clear your head. A lot of people do this.

And suicide? Don't even. My uncle was a great guy. Loved his son, was funny and generally a good person to be around. I thought very highly of him. Until he shot his head off in the forest before he was found by my parents. Suicide doesn't hurt you. It harms everyone else.
