I figure it can be done in batches. Designate a few people as 'watchers' to spectate on the match (may skip this part completely, depending on how things work out), give timeframes for people to get fights done in, and just do them when they can.

I mean, the finals will probably have to have a set time, since I imagine we'll have quite a few spectators for those fights, but most of the eliminations will be fairly open to allow as many as possible in.
