Pegasi are scouts, air support, and with their weather manipulation gifts can make the battlefield hell for anyone.
Bombs silently fall during sudden thunderstorms, cataphract charges are concealed in heavy fogs, mud slides caused by downpours uphill make retreat impossible.
Pegasi rule the air in ways no griffon can hope to.

Those Royal Guards always around Celestia and the ones around Luna, they're just for show. The real guards are such a terrifying sight, they're never seen in public, indeed, they willingly allowed Celestia to turn them all to stone and remain in an underground vault.
There, they wait. They wait for when Celestia calls on them for battle, for when Equestria needs them the most, they wait for the glory of war.

It's true enough that I lunge headlong into something then eventually move on to another subject, but I don't regret my EFG drawings or any of my other drawhores, or Player 1 or anything really.
I regret that /b/tards latched onto it, repeating it endlessly without understanding. EFG and the like were meant as original content in a time the boards were getting stale, and having them turn into cut and paste clones was totally defeating the point.

There are a lot of things I've created on 4chan anonymously that I basically can't prove I have credit for because of that very anonymous nature.
But even the things I can lay definitive and proved claim to don't count for much. I mean every once in a while someone who got a kick out of EFG or saved all the Player 1 comics will say something nice, and it really does mean a lot to me to hear from people who have liked any facet my work.
But it's not like I can call it in. I can't say "Hey, I made EFG, give me a lucrative, high-paying job". I can't leverage that mote of pseudo-fame into mod privileges on a board of my choosing. I can't use it to introduce myself at parties.

Within the place it exists, it's nice, but doesn't mean much. Outside, it means nothing.
