You walk over, withdrawing the revolver again, and lean down face-to-face with him. "Well, Britson," you tell him, "I hope now you won't take your victory for granite." It's harder to tell whose groan is louder: his, or Celestia's. Having fulfilled your duty as an American to deliver a cheesy one-liner before defeating the big bad, you reach back, and swing the revolver in full force, connecting with his skull and knocking him unconscious. You stand back up, looking to Celestia, and say "so now what?" "Now comes the hard part," she says, sighing. You notice her horn glowing brighter and brighter, and soon you have to shield your eyes. It gets almost as bright as an arc welder torch before you finally fall to your knees, suddenly overcome by wooziness, and pass out. An unknown amount of time later, you awaken in front of the main staircase of the palace. You notice Celestia standing before you, with the still-unconscious Britson at her hooves, and the main cast assembled around her. "I haven't finished wiping all of your peoples' memories quite yet, but soon, this will be nothing but an unpleasant memory for us." You look down at Britson, then back to Celestia. "So how are we going to do this, anyway?" [cont.]
