11/06/11(Sun)01:29 No. 31225664 >>31225204 >>31225204 The moral was poorly phrased, yeah. It should have just been "Keep an open mind" like Faust said. I thought it was a little weird too. But I think it's just the way Dave Polsky makes episodes. This is just my opinion, I feel like the two episodes he's written have had a lot of awesome things, but he fumbles the moral. For Pinkie keen, Cartoon throw backs, the fucking hydra, basement laboratory. But then it sounds like the moral is "Miracles everywhere in this bitch." And in over a barrel there was the Pinkie Pie song, Fluttershy wants to be a tree, and AAAAAPAAALOOOOSSSAAAA!!! , but I have issues with the whole cowboys vs Indians motif. I know kids are too young to realize that in real life that particular dramatic setting was the result of stereotypes and genocide, but the writer isn't. Again, I'm sure Dave Polsky isn't some kind of Sioux hating racist but it's still kinda odd too see a buffalo in a chief's headdress cede the use of his ancestral land in exchange for some apple pie... well... The human mind sees stuff that isn't there all the time, it's how we find faces in emoticons. That's all this is.
