The separation between that and Rarity exists mostly in the degree of the entitlement, and the insistence of the direction - Rarity seems like she'd be more likely to wheedle and coerce with her negative diplomacy, whereas a bitchy Luna just has to tell you do something quick or you get sent to the dungeons for fifty years.

Funny thing is that argument actually makes more sense for programming because computers are complicated and scary to the uninitiated. On the other hand we've got millenia of experience with drawing and several centuries' worth of formal codification of the principles of drawing, much of it accessible to beginners.
