Diegetic is stuff that happens in the "world" of comic, or in the movie, or whatever.

So in a movie, "diegetic" music is music that is actually playing in the movie. One of the characters is listening to the radio, or playing a musical instrument or something.
"Non-diegetic" music would be the soundtrack. The music that plays during the movie, but the characters in the movie don't actually hear. Only the audience hears it because it doesn't really exist in the "world" of the movie.
It's a very handy word to know!

But yes, I was just asking if you hated it because it was a bad comic, or because the events in it rubbed you the wrong way.
