I think "Nightmare" is a weird word to have associated with yourself if it's also canonically used to represent the ultimate manifestation of evil in your universe, ie. Nightmare Moon. Kind of auspicious too, given the negative connotations already being applied to it.

If ponies don't like Luna, she set herself up for it by associating herself with such a negative idea.
