Presumably that's the big three - murder, rape, arson - and that means that I can imagine for any of those three, there'd be some level of penal justice involved. Disciplinarian rehabilitation systems in the forms of prisons and whatnot. I can't imagine being "sent to the moon" was ever a possibility for anyone other than Luna in her NMM guise, and anything else seems incredibly brutish for what is effectively meant to reflect a near-utopian society. So aside from an involved penal system that metes out justice in the form of service as dictated by weregild, there'd probably be nothing else. Can't see corporal punishment or capital punishment ever being considered. Now, for corporate crime, or white collar crime, on the other hand, you'd probably get a wide range of punishments - say, a person accused of and indicted for grand larceny would have their assets and finances repossessed and stricken from all bureaucratic and governmental registries in order to prevent them from reassimilating into society until they've served a sentence and repaid their debts. A thief or embezzler might be forced into indentured servitude in recompense of the value of their acquisitions; fraudsters and con artists are given opportunities to serve the greater government as punishment for their crimes, and so on. But then there's a whole spectrum of other shit outside of what's been expressed that's ridiculously confusing. I just like to think ponies don't commit all that many crimes, it's simpler that way. Less human too.
