Well, it's pretty easy how I make them.

Follow the instructions at www.thestonerscookbook.com/print.php?id=39 to make the cannabutter, using whatever ratios of weed to butter you like.

Then I use the cookie recipe on the Nestle Toll House chocolate chip bag, and I just substitute the cannabutter for the butter. Also be sure you use unsalted butter when making the cannabutter.

Typically 1 cookie gets me buzzed or helps somebody with chronic pain finally get some sleep, 2 cookies gets you fucked up for a few hours, and 3 cookies will just knock you out till you sleep it off. The 1 and 2 cookie highs take about an hour to come on, but last for several hours.

Smoking brings it on a lot faster, but it fades a lot faster also.

'Quickfic' usually just means a several posts long request that covers a short story premise in a concise number of words. Like flash fiction.

And yeah, anyone can do them, but Duplex is the one who posts them primarily. They're good as writing exercises or tiny tidbits of content, though I think objectively they're a little self-indulgent.

Thunder and lightning are pretty uncontrollable forces at times, it'd certainly explain why AJ and Rarity were so afraid of it if it wasn't something they usually got, and was just a side effect of the storm system rather than an intended effect.
