The Sweden study on mental health issues does say that it controlled for all these things, and while the increased risks aren't enormous, they are there. And that's with Sweden's vastly better social services. So I'll give you that one.
The census brief shows, that living in a single- or no-income household is a huge deal, and that single parenthood is a risk factor for unemployment. I'd bet the discrepancy in income between single and divorced parents also has something to do with the age difference - the parents aged 30+ have had time to get better jobs than the ones who just completed (or dropped out of) high school or college.

I'll concede that raising a kid is a lot to ask for any one person, and that can lead to problems, but I don't think you have enough evidence to make a case for marriages over extended families or tightly-knit communities that cooperate to raise kids.
