In this drawing: Rainbow Dash's hair is the worse offender when it comes to linework, but in general the line thickness means nothing: it gets thinner at the tip of the stallion's nose for no reason, for example, and it changes from thick to thin for no reason all over. The places where lines meet are very sloppy, edges are sloppy, a lot of the shapes are either flat or arbitrary: look at the back of the stallion's head, very flat, doesn't conform to any form. The linework on his hind leg is get bad too.
