i'm not going to lie when it comes to how i feel about that - false love and biased tolerance is stupid, and that's what the fandom has adopted. i'm not saying that's the only reason why it's stupid that they'd attack this guy. there's an entire cavalcade of factors lining up outside the metaphorical door, just waiting for their fifteen minutes on the stage of rhetoric. what i'm getting at is that trolling, on the internet, is pretty much a negative thing entirely, at least to me. it solves nothing, helps no one, and begets even more difficulties - so my biggest qualm with the whole thing is that it's a stunning indictment of the fandom's double standards, and not cool on any level.
that's just how i feel about the matter, anyway. trolling is a destructionist's crusade, in my book. |
