Lets speculate what will happen in the two parter.

I have a strange felling that discord have the same magical wavelength as Harmony, and that Discord is pretty much discordian engergy given form and life.

Discord is actually a creature created to asorb all the hatred and wars in equestria and leave only harmony, but it backfired and created havoc instead. Which explained why the sisters sealed him up in the first place and why the Elements of Harmony can actually destroy him; those Elements where made from the Harmonic relationship of all of Equestria.

So one of two things will happen: either They use the Elements of Harmony to OBLIVIATE Discord, causing those Elements to be destroyed as well, OR, The Elements of Harmony reformed Discord into Harmony so that he may stay in the show as friend as opposed to a villain (Like how they manage to bring Luna in for season 2, since I suspect that they AREN'T planning to use the pilots as the actual episodes but have to since they wanted to jump in before the "Robot Unicorn Attack" phenomenon faded).

Note that thanks to Hasbro’s “NO RECURRING VILLAINS” policy on MLP, these are the only two options they have. Choose wisely my friends.

When you're exporting/publishing, there's an option for colors. It'll say "Palette Type", and the default option there is something like "Web 216".
Click that. Choose "Adaptive" instead.

Then re-publish. See what you've got.

All right, well, I don't know which version you're working with, but there's a really easy way to do it that should be universal.

With the document size increased, you should have a lot of blank canvas and a tiny little frame where your animation, at its regular, small size, still is.

Near the onion skinning button (I assume this is what you used to animate) should be a similar button that says something like "Edit Multiple Frames". Click that and you should see several frames of the animation active at once. Now either stretch the bounds of it manually on the timeline, or click the nearby button that allows you to choose the amount of onion skinning and choose "Onion Skin All". Now you should see all frames of the animation active at once.

Make sure all the layers you want to enlarge are unlocked, and hit CTRL+A to select all and you'll have the entire animation, all frames and layers, selected. Then scale up manually or use transform to upsize to the same relative scale you were using, until it's the desired size. Center on the canvas and re-export. Should do the trick.

Also doesn't take very long once you know where everything is. It's the most reliable upscaling method I know in all versions of Flash.
