I wouldn't say that her art is criticism free. Maxie herself acknowledge her lack of skill. I don't think she pretends to be the best fanartist of the fandom, nor is it expected for her to match some of the artist here that have incredible and obviously more technical skill at art.

Maxie just constantly delivers on two things: requests and silliness. As long as she delivers on that silly sense of humor and maintains her personal style, then she's really hit all the marks she needs to to be an entertaining art fag.
