I'm going to go in the "This is fake" camp:
1) Some contradictions in there, esp. with the brines stuff (unless, say, the group of colts that Rarity approaches in BNE turn out to be fanboys or a Greek chorus).
2) Compare this guy to the first spoilers we got back in June talking about Discord where there were specific events and such. There's a certain air of specificity that real-deal information tends to have that this is lacking. The only specifics are based on things we already know.
3) He goes into enough detail about his job that he could be pinned down. Someone working on the show from S1 wouldn't be that dumb. There would be only a couple of guys that could fit that bill (contractor*, temp VA, backup singer, was part of the live show)
*He keeps talking about his contract. Either he's a TFT, or someone who doesn't work in entertainment.
4) The tumblr was brand-spanking-new. It's not an established source.
5) I can't think of a reason why he would recall specific BG characters having lines. Confirming so many of them seems to be kind of fan-servicey in a way that someone trying to get as much attn as possible would issue. |
