Basically, the OC's name is Vanish Mixer. He's an elderly unicorn that runs a seedy bar, maybe a speakeasy, for the wrong sort of clientele (youth who want to drink illegally, career criminals, thugs, hoodlums and the like) in a backwater district in the downtown slums of Canterlot. I was thinking of having the plot be him relating some of his tales to his customers, about the things he's been told by other people, travellers and the like. Stories of get-rich-quick schemes, drug deals gone bad, the like. The dirtier side of Equestria.
