Twilight and Dash split away from the group to find out who's doing it, and stuff happens. Eventually there is one last prank which provides a clue as to who has been joking around. Celestia sees it and immediately recognizes it.

She storms out of the throne room knowing not only who is the prankster, but also where she is. As the six follow her, asking questions and trying to figure it out and whatnot, they burst through a door to reveal Princess Luna sitting in a comfy chair and munching on snacks with a huge grin on her face.

It's not perfect, but I'd like to see something along these lines.

I really want to like Luna

But there is nothing to like right now. As much fanon and speculation as there is about her, we only have a few seconds of canon about her. I really hope they make her interesting in season 2. To me, about the most disappointing thing they could do would be to have her completely and totally reformed and perfectly content with no side effects from years of isolation. The second most dissapointing thing they could do would be to have her revert to a straight up villain.

For me, ideally, they'll make her a sort of antihero with questionable means towards good ends that EVERYONE remains suspicious of.

Considering Season 1 started off pretty good and the episodes just got better and better (for the most part) I think S2 holds a lot of promise. They found their groove, they know what works, and they seem to be aware of the fact that they SHOULDN'T change the formula to try and appeal to us since we already like the show as it is.

Seriously, I have so much faith in the MLP team..as long as Hasbro lets them do their thing I think it's gonna be great.

Okay. I started watching Wakfu when it came out, not sure what it'd be like. I was pleasantly suprised.
I started reading Homestuck, thinking that it would be a generic choose your own adventure. I was proven wrong and loved it.
I recently decided to try to wathcing adventure time, thinking it would be mediocre and childish. I have now watched all episodes.
