No worries, haha! It was me who was abrupt, that was why I responded again. Good to hear you're doing well!
Makes sense. It's hard to write when your finished project seems to need work! I know the feeling. Good luck with your other set of eyes, hopefully you'll be ready to publish it soon enough, because everyone thinks it's great! Aside from the silly complaints I made, obviously, but they were tiny detriments in what was an absolutely amazing piece of work.
Well, I'd work on more stuff, I have some ideas, but I'd much rather do requests right now! They're fulfilling (I enjoy pleasing others with my work as best I can) and they give me room to experiment while working within set frames, you know? I figure at some point someone'll come along and say "Hey, Terse, you mind writing this?" and I'll say "Fuck no, looks smashing!" and put pen to paper again, but until then, probably'll just bang away at meaningless writing that'll never be good enough to be published anywhere, haha! After the reception of Octavia's Power Hour on EqD, truth be told, and how polarising it seemed to be, I'm not sure my work is even good enough for publication, but thanks for your kind words! I'm sure I'll get back to it soon.
