What pony is the strongest?
I'm not talking about just brute force I mean in a fight who would win?
Here's my opinion.
1. Twilight Sparkle
The strongest and probably the most knowledgeable about magic. Also she could have read some books about fighting and knows a thing or two. Her biggest weakness is without a doubt the apparently weak control over some spells and being easily affected by stress even forgetting about spells. If cornered she could probably enter in overdrive mode but loss of control is a very big problem and if not snapped out of it would probably end after she is completely exhausted leaving her vulnerable
2. Rarity
She may not have Twilight's master of magic but her telekinesis seams to be very strong being capable of levitating a very large number of things. Her job requires her to have extreme precision and an eye for details, things she can use to find and exploit an enemy's weakness.
Also she is shown to have good control even when stressed. Also she is very charismatic and even if obsessed with cleanness she has shown some restrain if the situation is serious.
Also in the second episode she has shown to have incredible reflexes quickly evading the manticores attack and launching a quick counterattack. Of course she seems to be a glass canon as she is very weak. Even a weak hit seems enough to knock her down

3.Rainbow Dash
The fastest and probably the most agile of the mane cast she is also an athlete training her whole body. She also seem to have some strength. Also I think she would be the one who recovers the most quickly from a hit or a shock. Also all her move make her a quite an interesting enemy as her moves are harder to predict.Her confidence and stubbornness are her biggest weakness and could easily be defeated by someone who can read her and knows how to exploit her.
4.Applejack
She has without a doubt the most endurance and the strongest hind legs from years of working on the farm. Her running speed is also great as shown in the running of the leaves. But she has many weaknesses. She may be fast but she is grounded.Her only way to attack ranged or flying enemies is the use of projectiles witch may be powerful but are not always available. She also is very stubborn.

Yeah, it's kind of enh overall, but it does some really good things. It's fairly character focused, more than "HMM WE NEED TO CRACK THIS CASE", even though it doesn't have a very string ensemble (basically Nathan playing himself, Kate, and then the two other cops that help them solve crimes, and Castle's mom and daughter).

One thing I like is the modesty of the tech in it, e.g.: One point in the show, the mortician analyzed and described a murder weapon used to stab a dude.
Did she create some complex computer simulation of it in a dimly lit computer lab?
Did she use a bunch of Kinect sensors to scan the wound and then invert kinematize it to recreate the stabbing motion?

I can agree with that. As a character piece it's good, but that's because, again, I love Nathan. He's fantastic, and even in this role, he's got this natural charisma that I just adore. The cases themselves are fairly boring, and the other characters strike me as pretty generic - the crazy mother I like, but she's lifted pretty much straight from Friends, Two and a Half Men and the like. The daughter is OK too, the cliché precocious girl. Kate's dynamic with Castle makes her likeable, but outside of that, eh. The two cops are occasionally hilarious. Still, it's good, just not something I can go out of my way to watch. If it's on I won't change the channel, though.

Yeah, I do like it for at least deviating away from fucking CSI and Law & Order shit in that regard. It's trite and generic elsewhere, but the fact that everything seems so simple and believable makes it a lot easier to appreciate than running a full autopsy in a state of the art lab for a gunshot wound when the gun is already in evidence.

5.Pinkie Pie
She is the second fastest of the mane cast as she kept up with Dash while she was flying. She is also the most unpredictable but we don't know her strength. Also she has the Pinkie Sense witch would allow her to know what attacks are coming making her very hard to hit. But this is also her biggest weakness. Yes he may know what attack is coming but she can't control it and her combos and twitches leave her wide open. Also she seem to not do well when surprised as seen in FPK when she was frozen with fear when the Hydra appeared.
6. Fluttershy
The weakest of the main cast. She isn't a good flyer and seems to be very weak physically. Her only weapon is the stare. While she can use it on more then one creature she has to maintain eye contact witch leaves her wide open to attack.
