No, I am very literal.

This is how my mind works subconsciousnessly, I just go by what works in there, and act upon it by instinct. This is why I have mood swings that are so rapid in the span of days, and can never be in one mind set for more than a week.
For example, I think about killing myself when I'm bored and have nothing to do, but think about torturing myself when I'm publicly guilty of something, or in a state of self shame when I look back at things that are negative in nature, regrets, acts, ect, and I feel alive when I listen to Carl Sagan, George Carlin, and records of so many deceased free-thinks and inspirational people and/or listen to works such as this:

Tell me to use my foot to do something, but mean it as a last resort, and I'll begin to use my hands by instinct, but I'll use my foot by what you said, causing confusion and hesitation.
