In Winter Wrap-Up, Applejack claims that Twilight is a remarkably small pony, so I'm inclined to think that she's probably not overweight.

Fluttershy has a waifish build. I like the idea of her being a little bit taller than the rest, since that makes her a bit more awkward.

Rarity tightly controls what she eats and exercises regularly. She looks exactly the way she wants to.

I draw Pinkie fat because it adds something interesting to the design I gave her. None of the other girls, at least how I draw them when they're humanized, can pull off that look. And since Pinkie's the most cartoony of all of them, I don't feel bad doing so since she has so much energy that she'll just do all of that shit anyway, thin as a toothpick or fat as hell.
