The latter half could use a little dialogue simplification on Pinkie and a little extra complexification for Twilight.

Also, I didn't really feel that the narration followed one closer than the other, which has become the standard (to some degree).

Remember, a relationship is made of two people who see themselves and the other party in a defined set of roles. Pinkie sees herself as the always-fun pony and Twilight as a bookworm who needs to get out more. Meanwhile, Twilight sees herself as the smart and rational one, and Pinkie as the silly goof-off who is mysteriously correct sometimes.

Plug in either viewpoint, and your story will shine.
