Dash and Buckwheat are sore, and due to the dark night, can’t see their way out of the ravine. Dash and Buckwheat decide to stay here for the night, with Dash promising to herself to help Buckwheat get in and to reveal the truth about the forgery.
The next morning, the two are trying to walk out, when they both slip and instinctively try to fly, when they suddenly realize that by flying at the same time, they are as one, finding the loophole in the rule. The two soar out and race to the end, arriving to the end, and Spitfire ready to give her evaluation.
Rainbow Dash tries to tell Spitfire the truth, and says that the documents were altered. Spitfire surprises her, and says she knew. A few days ago, a griffon broke in to the record books, and tried to alter them. She didn’t succeed, and she admitted she had tried to destroy her documents so she couldn’t get in. (Gilda is brought forth, and winks at Dash, revealing the bluff to her,) Dash at first tries to run with it, but then decides against it, and tells the full truth about the deal she made. Spitfire takes this into consideration, and tells Buckwheat he’s in, and to go prepare, so she can talk alone with Rainbow Dash about her actions. |
