You have no imagination. The best ones for fanfic-fuel are the pics with some sort of kinky setup.

Written porn has to be kinky and weird and contrived in its setup. They can't just fuck. That's boring.
The better the visuals, the more mundane the setup can be. It's why so much porn with hot actresses ends up using bland pool boy/pizza guy bullshit.
But when you have weak visuals, or no visuals at all, you really have to bulk up the premise to match. A sufficiently interesting setup can compensate for lacking visuals to the point that people will demand more even when the art is shitty or the medium is pure text.

That will come into it, sure. Part of why she goes along with it is that she has a very romantic view of it, sex is probably something she's read a lot of trashy bodice-ripper novels about and holds it up on a pedestal.
