Once upon a time, in a distant world claimed to be the magical world of Equestria, The story of the land was a strong and powerful one. The story of a Powerful and Strong Pony, a valiant and said to hold the whole sun on her shoulders, would raise the bright and shining sun, every day. for generations. this tradition has been carried by her, and her alone. but as the sun rises, so does it set. to rest for the upcoming day. and so as the sun sets, there is a mystical and soothing cooling light of the moon is brought up for the entire world of equestria to enjoy. But unfortunately for her, Luna's Gift of night was shunned and slept through. Ponies tired from the day of play, in the sunlight slept through her beautiful night. One Night, Luna wanted to share the Night for just abit longer with those ponies who slept through her night, "just one night" she told herself. but the ponies awoke to the night. and were terrified at not being able to see clearly and would bump into each other and bruise themselves. Celestia, took offense to her defiant sister, and demanded she descend the moon so she may raise the sun, the sister defied her. not saying a word, she rose the moon higher as a show of her commitment to her actions. Her Sister grew furious, and challenged her. the battle fought on for what seemed like hours... then finally, Luna grew weary of the battling, she was still a foal. inside her something vile grew. she grow powerful. with the darkness consuming her. she became NightMare Moon, |
